I only process data that is necessary to help you, such as your name, email address, phone number, address and the content of your question or assignment.

I use your data for these purposes:

• to perform and follow up IT services;
• to correctly process invoices and administration;
• to comply with legal obligations.

I use Umami, a privacy-friendly and self-hosted analytics tool, to collect aggregated statistics about the use of this website. Umami does not use cookies and I do not use Umami to identify visitors individually. Analytics do not collect names, email addresses, form content or other directly identifying data. The data is used only to improve the website, such as visited pages, referrers, browser type, device type and country of origin. Analytics are processed through my own Umami installation on analytics.nyffels.be. I respect your browser's Do Not Track setting.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to and transfer your data.

If you believe that I do not handle your data correctly, you can also file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
